Our History:

Our firm was founded in 1990 as John L. Williams, III, CPA with its original location in midtown Atlanta. In 1996, Robert Horning joined the firm and on January 1, 1999, he was admitted to the firm as partner. The firm name was then changed to Williams, Horning & Company, LLC. In August 1999, the firm relocated to the “Midway” area in Forsyth County, which is halfway between Alpharetta and Cumming, Georgia on Highway 9. We have loved the improved commute and the firm has grown in this thriving location. On January 1, 2007, Josh Podczervinski was admitted to the firm as partner.
