Outsourced Accounting Services for Businesses

We have a number of clients that we function as their accounting department. We can perform some to all of your accounting tasks so you and your staff are free to work at building and running your business. We can work with you through the Internet or on-site. We also do bookkeeping and payroll tasks.

New Business Services

We can help you set up your new business by filing for the tax id numbers you will need, filing your registration with the Secretary of State, having your corporate book and incorporation papers drawn up by a lawyer, and filing your S election if needed. Our QuickBooks® Pro Advisors can help you select the right QuickBooks® program, install and set it up, and train you how to use it.

Mergers & Acquisitions

This is a highly specialized field in which we have particular expertise. We acted as principal advisors in facilitating the following transactions:

  • The purchase of a $600,000 (revenues) company by a $3 million company in the same   industry.
  • The purchase of a $250,000 (revenues) company by a $4 million company in the same   industry.
  • The leveraged buy-out of two $3 million (revenues) companies for a corporate parent.
  • The sale of three, highly profitable companies with total revenues of $18 million to an   unrelated company in the same industry.

Each of these transactions was unique, and each involved important tax planning, financial structuring, and negotiations. It is also important to know that, even when the sales transactions were consummated, we continued to be involved in our client’s financial affairs.
